1. Orders & Shipping
- Every School Starter Pack is thoughtfully made to order and carefully assembled by hand.
- Limited quantities available! We only have a set number of packs available, so we recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.
- Pre-orders open in early November 2026 and close on 6 December 2026, or earlier if sold out.
- Orders placed by 6 December will be prepared and dispatched in time for Christmas delivery.
- Orders placed after 6 December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and may not be dispatched until January 2027.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of this product (custom educational activity packs with consumable materials), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- If your pack arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it.

- All activities are designed for children aged 4+.
- Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
- Adult supervision is recommended at all times during activities.

- Activity cards are laminated for durability and can be wiped clean and reused again and again.
- Reusable resources are designed to be enjoyed throughout the school transition and beyond.
- Digital PDF can be provided upon request for extra printing if needed.
The School Starter Pack is intended for educational and recreational use. Adult supervision is required. Little Big School is not responsible for misuse or accidents during play.
